Refund policy

No exchanges/returns for personal care products due to hygiene reasons. If you have received damaged or defective products, contact us at sayhello@anril.co.in within 24 hours of receiving the product, attach the invoice and click a picture of the product in the received state; products need to be returned to us for refund/replacement.

 No returns/refunds/exchanges will be entertained on opened/used merchandise or products bought on sale.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled/modified.
